Terms of Service

1. The agreement

These Terms ("Terms") govern your use of MeetForge.ai ("MeetForge", "we", "us"), a service that runs AI-driven cold-email outbound on your behalf. By signing up for a free trial or paid subscription, you agree to these Terms.

2. The service

MeetForge generates and sends cold outbound emails on your behalf using prospect data from third-party providers (Apollo, Clay) and sender mailboxes hosted on Google Workspace under domains we control. We use AI to draft sequences personalized to your ICP, and a human operator may review or adjust them.

You agree that:

• Cold outbound emails will be sent from MeetForge-controlled sender addresses (not your own domain) with your business framed as the originator.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of the business information you provide (ICP, target titles, offer) — we will not knowingly send emails that misrepresent your business.
• All recipients will have unsubscribe options that we honor immediately, per CAN-SPAM Act (US) requirements.

3. The 30-day free trial

New subscribers receive a 30-day free trial. During the trial:

• No charges will be made to any payment method.
• Stripe will hold your subscription in trialing status for exactly 30 days from the date of signup.
• If you add a payment method during the trial, Stripe will charge $3,000 USD on day 31 and continue monthly thereafter unless you cancel.
• If you do NOT add a payment method by day 30, Stripe will pause your subscription automatically. Your campaigns will be paused and you will not be charged. Your account may be reactivated within 30 days of pause by adding a payment method.

4. The 15-qualified-meetings guarantee

For paid customers (post-trial conversion), if MeetForge does not deliver 15 qualified meetings in any calendar month, that month's $3,000 fee is refunded in full. "Qualified meeting" is defined as: a prospect who was in your stated ICP, had decision-making authority for the relevant purchase, attended the booked meeting, and provided their contact information at booking time. Disputes about qualification are resolved by good-faith review of the booking record.

5. Pricing

• Subscription: $3,000 USD per month, charged monthly via Stripe, recurring until cancelled.
• Setup fee: $0 for the founding cohort (first 3 paid customers). $1,500 USD one-time setup for Cohort 2+ customers.
• Cancellation: month-to-month. You may cancel any time. Your subscription ends at the end of the current paid billing period (no proration of partial months).

6. What we do NOT do

• We do not send to recipients who have unsubscribed (we maintain a global suppression list).
• We do not knowingly send to recipients in jurisdictions where the email would violate local anti-spam law (CASL in Canada, GDPR's marketing-consent requirements in the EU).
• We do not sell, rent, or share your business data, ICP definitions, or prospect lists with third parties.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or refuse service to any customer whose ICP or messaging contains illegal, deceptive, harassing, hateful, or otherwise objectionable content. We will provide written notice and a pro-rated refund of any unused paid time.

8. Limitation of liability

MeetForge's total liability under these Terms is limited to the amount you have paid us in the preceding 90 days. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages including but not limited to lost revenue, lost opportunities, or reputational harm arising from the delivery of cold outbound.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States. Disputes will be resolved in the state and federal courts located in Dallas County, Texas.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms; material changes will be emailed to active customers with at least 14 days notice. Continued use of the service after a change constitutes acceptance.
