Refund Policy
Last updated: 2026-05-23. Plain language. The 15-meeting guarantee is the headline; everything else is the fine print.
The headline: 15 qualified meetings or that month is free.
If MeetForge does not deliver 15 qualified meetings to your calendar in any calendar month of active service, that month's $3,000 fee is refunded in full. No fine print, no claim forms, no waiting period.
1. The 30-day free trial
During the 30-day free trial, no payment is charged. Therefore no refund applies — you simply walk away owing nothing if you don't add a payment method.
2. The 15-meeting guarantee — paid customers
For paid customers (post-trial conversion or Cohort 2+), the 15-qualified-meeting guarantee applies to each calendar month of active service. If we fall short, here's exactly what happens:
- By Day 28 of each billing cycle, we send you a "meeting count" email showing the count to date.
- If the final count for the calendar month is below 15 qualified meetings, MeetForge automatically issues a full $3,000 refund within 5 business days. No claim form, no email required — Stripe processes the refund.
- Your service continues into the next month uninterrupted (the refund is for the prior month, not a cancellation).
3. Definition of "qualified meeting"
A "qualified meeting" counts toward the guarantee only if ALL of the following are true:
- Sourced by MeetForge. The prospect was originated by MeetForge outbound (cold email, LinkedIn, or AI voice) during an active service month — not a lead already in your pipeline, not an inbound enquiry, and not a contact you supplied or booked yourself.
- ICP-matched. The prospect's company and role match the written ICP agreed at onboarding (industry, company size, buyer role/seniority, geography, exclusions). The ICP of record is the one in your signed onboarding doc; changes apply prospectively, never retroactively.
- Decision authority. The attendee is a decision-maker or holds clear, named influence over the relevant purchase.
- Real, distinct prospect. A genuine employee of a real target company. Excluded: bots, automated bookings, recruiters, job-seekers, students, vendors selling to you, competitors, and "just curious" bookings with no business intent. One contact counts once; a second contact at the same account counts only if separately ICP-qualified.
- Attended. The prospect joined and engaged for a material portion of the meeting. No-shows do not count. A rescheduled meeting counts if held within 14 days of the original slot and within an active service month.
- Held within the billing window. A meeting counts toward the calendar month in which it is held.
An automated classifier plus operator review determines qualification, with a per-prospect audit log retained; in genuine edge cases we err in your favor. This definition is symmetric: we will not pad the count with low-intent or self-sourced bookings, and the agreed onboarding ICP will not be retroactively narrowed to disqualify legitimate delivered meetings.
4. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription any time via the Stripe customer portal or by emailing growth@meetforge.ai. Cancellation is effective at the end of your current paid billing period. We do not pro-rate partial months; you get the full month of service you paid for.
5. What we do NOT refund
- Partial months. Once you've started a paid month, the full month is delivered (or refunded entirely under the guarantee). No mid-month refunds for cancellation.
- Setup fees (when applicable for Cohort 2+). Setup work is non-refundable once initiated, because the work has been done.
- Trial expirations. If you don't convert a trial, there's no charge — and therefore no refund.
6. Dispute resolution
If you believe a refund is owed and it was not automatically processed, email growth@meetforge.ai with subject line "Refund Dispute" + your account email. We respond within 24 business hours and resolve good-faith disputes in your favor.
7. Stripe chargebacks
If you dispute a charge directly with Stripe (chargeback) without contacting us first, your account will be suspended pending resolution. We strongly prefer to issue a refund directly — it's faster (5 business days) than the Stripe dispute process (60+ days).
