When a customer asks for a refund under the 15-meeting guarantee, the refund count below goes up automatically. We don't get to hide it.

What each number means
Qualified meetings booked counts only meetings that meet our tight, public definition — sourced by us, in-ICP, decision-maker, attended. Refunds issued is every month we charged a customer and then refunded in full because we missed the 15-meeting floor. Refund rate is refunds ÷ paid months. The day any of these change, this page changes — there is no manual step where we get to decide whether to show it.
Why we publish it
A public refund ledger is suicide for an agency that inflates its numbers, and a 100%-of-revenue auto-refund is unappealing to anyone optimizing for growth-at-all-costs. That's exactly why we do both: it's the one thing our better-funded competitors are structurally unwilling to copy. The relevant question isn't "what have you done before" — it's "are you the kind of operator who publishes a zero on the front of your proof page on Day 1, and a refund the day you owe one?" How we keep it honest
The cohort number reads live from the same counter that powers the slot tracker on /free-audit. Meetings and refunds populate from real customer data only — never seeded, never estimated. Today every number is genuinely zero because we launch on 2026-05-28. As real customers sign, these numbers move on their own.
